This blog started out as somewhere I could share my tips and tricks about beauty and makeup. And while that is still something I love, I have evolved as a person throughout the last year. As an undergraduate student, wellness and balance were just lingering thoughts in the back of my mind. As I started my first year of graduate school, however, wellness and balance became necessities. Focusing on my health, both physical and mental, has been vital to surviving the challenge that is graduate school.
Now, this blog allows me to track my progress and share my wellness journey with you. I am by no means a professional blogger, nor a nutritionist, therapist, or any other kind of expert. But I am learning as I go. This blog allows me to share healthy and simple recipes, activities I enjoy, and epiphanies I may have about balance and overall wellness.
